Standard tube roller sizes are stocked and specialized sizes can be produced easily.

Without mandrels, PBT pipe bending machines achieve bending radii that starting at five times the tube diameter. With PBT's manual or CNC-controlled/integrated booster mandrel system, PBT bending models make smaller bending radii possible - up to two and a half times diameter. The PBT mandrel unit protects fragile, thin-walled tube materials from collapsing.
